  • Speed tests now work in the background. If you close a WiFi info sheet during an active speed test, the test will continue in the background as long as the app is still open. Navigate to any screen and the progress will be displayed at the top of the screen.
  • On rare occasions, WiFi markers would be rendered at the exact same location, blocking you from seeing and tapping on one of them. This has been fixed, WiFi spots with the same address won't render on top of each other anymore.
  • After adding a new WiFi spot, the app now immedietly checks to see if the device is connected to that same SSID and records a succesful connection if it is.
  • Fixed visual glitch in light mode when switching to or from the map tap.
  • Fixed visual glitch in light mode of the 'Go To...' & 'Search This Area' buttons.
  • Fixed visual glitch that would sometimes flash the 'Search This Area' button after tapping on the my location button.
  • After adding a new WiFi spot, the information sheet for that new spot will now automatically open.
  • Sometimes the app would fail to fetch the correct establishment category (cafe, bar, library etc). The app will now more reliably fetch the correct category.
  • Small bugfix, Liquor & Desserts category chips are now capitalized.
  • Small fixes to onboarding tutorial text.

  • New WiFi health indicator on WiFi markers, indicates howe likely the WiFi info is correct and up to date. Green = great, yellow = okay, red = possibly outdated
  • New 'Share' button to share the wifi SSID + Password to friends across your favourite messaging apps. Found within the new QR code feature. Tap the QR code button next to the SSID, then tap the share button.
  • Verified Spots feature removed, WiFi health indicator replaces it
  • New feature that streamlines adding the WiFi network you are currently connected to.
  • Granting location permission is now optional, you can now browse the app without it, but it is highly reccomended for the best experience.
  • Fixed small visual design bug from before location permission was granted.
  • Distance from current location to search results now displayed when searching for new businesses.
  • Added 'Last Signal' feature to app, tells you last time a device saw that SSID being broadcasted.
